  • Non-Refundable Fees: All payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows.

  • Service Issues: If we fail to deliver a service due to our error, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at your discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Conduct that harms our business, clients, or reputation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website and services ceases immediately, though accrued obligations (e.g., payments owed) remain enforceable.
