These short sessions are designed to help us get to know each other, explore what you’re looking for, and determine whether coaching is the right fit — with no obligation and no pressure.

I didn’t become a coach because things were easy. I became a coach because I reached a point where the way I was living no longer worked.

There was a period in my life where I felt disconnected — from my body, my direction, and the deeper sense of purpose I knew was possible. I tried different approaches, ideas, and advice, but what ultimately made the difference wasn’t a shortcut or a single breakthrough moment. It was a process of slowing down, paying attention, and rebuilding my life through consistent, intentional practices.

That experience changed how I live — and it’s the foundation of how I coach.

Micaela, OR

“The process was clear, to the point, and surprisingly effortless. I actually enjoyed it — it felt like progress without pressure. I’m fully in it now and loving the experience. Reading Eating Well for a Better Life also transformed the way I look at food and helped me approach nourishment with more awareness.”

Mariela, GA

“It gave me great insight into one of my sore spots, and I’m really glad I was able to identify it so I can work on it. The process was amazing, and the support throughout made a real difference. A great coach.”

Olga, AR

“It opened a new perspective for me on how we build our romantic relationships from our wounds, beliefs, and unconscious patterns. Through coaching tools, it invites deep work in self‑awareness, emotional responsibility, and conscious communication. It serves as a bridge between self‑love and shared love. I recommend it to anyone who wishes to relate from a healthier, freer, and more authentic place.”

My Story

What I discovered through my own journey is that meaningful change doesn’t come from forcing outcomes. It comes from understanding where you are, making deliberate choices, and building habits that support the life you actually want to live.

Over time, I began refining what worked — not just for myself, but for others who were feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from their own direction. Coaching became a way to translate lived experience into a practical, repeatable process that helps people regain clarity, stability, and confidence in their daily lives.

I don’t position myself as someone who has all the answers. I work as a guide — helping you see patterns, identify what’s no longer serving you, and build a path forward that feels grounded, realistic, and sustainable.

My coaching approach is simple, intentional, and adaptable to real life.

We work through three core phases:

Assess We start by understanding where you are right now — your routines, challenges, priorities, and goals.

Design Together, we create a personalized plan focused on practical changes and supportive habits that align with your values and lifestyle.

Practice Through ongoing coaching and accountability, we refine what works, adjust what doesn’t, and build consistency over time.

In addition to my coaching work, I’m the author of Eating Well for a Better Life, a book that reflects the same principles I use in my coaching: awareness, intention, and sustainable change. The book is not a replacement for coaching — it’s a supporting resource for those who want to explore these ideas more deeply.

Everything I share is rooted in lived experience, ongoing learning, and direct work with individuals who are committed to improving their lives step by step.
